• Whether or not “we pay” or our insurance company pays, or another third person pays for our health care, we are still in charge of making the decision as to when, where, how and why to seek out health services.
• Think of the last time you accessed a health service. First identify what need you had to lead you to seek a health service. Then, referring to the Week 3 Overview, Influences on Consumer Behavior, identify which variables affected your decision.
