literature review – human resource management issue
Task:
Identify a contemporary HRM issue that you would like to research as part of your literature review.
You should frame the research around a suitable research question or hypothesis.
****once a topic has been selected it must be approved by the unit coordinator, with a formal one-paragraph literature review proposal (250words) by (6th August 2014)

-as the topic has to be approved by the unit coordinator, If it is needed, one month of TIME can be extended, just count from the time that you have received the
approval information of the review topic.
Extra notes:
– Should indicate a possible theoretical framework based on the literature review for considering the issues of contemporary significance in the topic area
-the nature of the research should not require the seeking of ethical approval
-your review should seek to explore the current state of research on your chosen topic and explain the impact of this research area to HRM practice.
-should think critically about the chosen topic and consider the impact of the research on a range of organization types (eg. gov, SMEs, family firm)
