1. Seven cards are dealt from an ordinary deck of playing cards.
a) Determine the probability density function for the number of
hearts dealt. b) Write the cumulative distribution function. Be
sure to include the admissible values of the random variable.

2. An experiment consists of tossing six fair coins. Determine
the probability density and cumulative distribution function for
the number of heads that will appear in the experiment.
