Each testtube contained 3mL starch and after 2 minute 30uL KI
was used to stop the reaction and absorbance values were taken.

results:

(30uL KI and 3mL starch) control absorbance value= 1.17

0oC absorbance value= 0.669

25oC absorbance value= 0.095

37oC absorbance value= 0.223

55oC absorbance value= 0.002

Why are/ would the values be higher in the 0oC
temp and lower in the 55oC temp? The 0oC temp
is even higher then the 37oC temp, why is this?
