According to her birth record, she was born at 40 weeks gestation,

was at 10th percentile. Her mother brought P.J.’s growth record,
which showed that both her weight and length progressively dropped
percentiles since birth, and the latest measurement at 18 months
reads well below the 5th percentile for both weight and height.
Today, her weight is 19.5 lbs (well below the 5th percentile), and
her height is also below the 5th percentile. Her mother noted that
P.J. has been a very picky eater but loves Kool-Aid. The mother
complained that her baby daughter is sick a lot.
