Read the article assigned for this week’s reading plus one or two additional articles on compliance programs. To find additional articles sift through the regulatory and compliance agency web sites you visited during Weeks 01 and 02. For example, search the web site of the Health Care Compliance Association at http://www.hcca-info.org Check out any material or articles that relate to building a compliance program. Try searching for the phrase, “Evaluating and Improving a Compliance Program.”

Next, write 3-4 pages in which you summarize what you feel are the main points you should consider as you begin to develop your program. Be sure to refer to your research. Submit your report using proper mechanics in spelling, grammar, and sentence structure. Add a short page of References at the end in APA format. (During Week 11 you will compile any references used from all your weekly assignments into one list of references in your final project.)
